Who are the homes for?
Integrity Homes serves adult men committed to sobriety, personal responsibility, community living, and active participation in a 12-step-based recovery program. Speak with admissions about your circumstances and whether the program is a suitable fit.
Where are the homes?
We have three homes in Nassau County: 112 Elliott Place and 25 N Long Beach Avenue in Freeport, and 1130 Van Buren Street in Uniondale. Our team handles enquiries for all three locations.
What is daily life like?
Our approach includes live-in house managers and peer advocates, weekly accountability meetings, weekly drug testing, 12-step participation, and shared household responsibilities. The homes offer semi-private rooms, common areas, provided groceries, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
How much does it cost, and how can I pay?
Contact admissions for current charges and payment arrangements for your proposed placement. Before committing, ask what is included, when payments are due, and whether any deposit or refund terms apply. Confirm the terms in your resident agreement.
What should I discuss before choosing a home?
Tell the team which location you are considering and discuss your work schedule, transportation, outside appointments, and questions about house expectations. Confirm the current opening, payment arrangements, and arrival details directly with admissions.
Does submitting an application reserve a bed?
No. Submitting an intake form does not guarantee admission, a particular house, or a move-in date. Our team reviews your information and confirms fit and availability before a placement is arranged.
Is Integrity Homes a treatment center?
No. Integrity Homes provides sober living housing, not emergency or clinical care. Residents who need outpatient treatment or counseling can work with qualified outside providers. For emergencies, call 911.
