1. Using this website

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply only to the website and do not replace a resident agreement, house policy, payment obligation, or other agreement with Integrity Homes.

2. Sober living information

Integrity Homes provides sober living housing. It is not a clinical treatment provider, medical service, or emergency service, and this website does not provide medical advice. For an emergency, call 911. People seeking treatment or medical guidance should contact an appropriately qualified provider.

Program descriptions, house information, and availability may change. Please contact Integrity Homes to confirm current information.

3. Intakes and admissions

You are responsible for providing accurate information in an intake application. Submitting an intake starts a staff review; it does not guarantee admission, housing, availability, a particular house, or a move-in date. Staff may contact you for additional information before making an admissions decision.

4. Online payments

Card payments are completed through Stripe Checkout. A public-form payment is held for administrative review so staff can match it to the correct resident and rent month. The name entered on the payment page is an attribution note and is not a public resident search.

A website return or thank-you page is not a receipt or proof of settlement. Stripe’s server confirmation determines whether the checkout was completed. If the payment status is uncertain or a charge appears after an error, do not submit the payment again; contact Integrity Homes so staff can verify it.

Online payment functionality does not change the amount, due date, or other obligation established by an applicable resident agreement or payment arrangement.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to impersonate another person, submit information you know is false, interfere with the website, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls, or use automated methods in a way that disrupts the service or other users.

6. Google Maps and other external services

The homepage may display reviews retrieved through the Google Places API. Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Stripe, Google, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Follow the applicable third-party terms when you choose to use those services or leave this website.

7. Website and terms updates

Integrity Homes may update the website or these terms as its website functions change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
