Your information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Integrity Homes public website, submit an intake form, or make an online housing payment.
Effective August 30, 2026
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Integrity Homes public website and its online intake and rent-payment pages. It does not replace a separate privacy notice, resident agreement, authorization, or consent that may apply to housing or other services.
2. Information handled through this website
The information processed depends on how you choose to use the website. It may include:
- Contact details, intake answers, and other information you choose to submit in an application.
- The client name, payment amount, rent month, and reference information entered for an online payment.
- Information you provide when you call, email, or otherwise communicate with Integrity Homes.
- Basic technical and security information processed by website hosting and security systems, such as an IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, and requested pages.
Please provide only information that is accurate and relevant to your request.
3. How information is used
Integrity Homes may use submitted information to respond to an inquiry, review an intake, contact an applicant, administer housing operations, match and review payments, keep appropriate records, maintain website security, prevent misuse, and meet applicable operational or legal obligations.
Submitting an intake does not guarantee admission, housing, or a particular move-in date.
4. Online payments and Stripe
Online card payments are completed on Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; Integrity Homes does not receive or store the complete card number. Stripe handles information under its own Privacy Policy.
The client name and other payment-attribution information entered on the Integrity Homes website are used so staff can review the payment and apply it to the correct resident and rent month.
5. Google Maps reviews
When the reviews section approaches view on the homepage, the Integrity Homes server uses the Google Places API to retrieve up to five current Google reviews. Google selects and orders the returned reviews by relevance. Integrity Homes does not persist or cache the Google review content returned for this feature.
Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
When this feature is used, Google may receive service, device, and network information, including an IP address, browser or device details, operating system and mobile network information, and request details such as the date, time, and referring page, as described in the Google Privacy Policy. Google also explains how it uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
The review feature does not send intake answers, resident records, payment details, or staff information to Google. Reviewer avatars are hosted by Google and may load from Google when a review is displayed; those image requests use a no-referrer browser policy.
6. Service providers and external services
Information may be processed by hosting, security, payment, email, and other service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website and the functions you request. External services, including Stripe and Google, handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Retention and security
Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the operational, recordkeeping, and legal purpose for which it is needed. No method of online transmission or electronic storage is free from risk, so please do not send information through the website that a form does not request.
8. Your choices
You may call before submitting an intake if you have questions about what the form requests. Browser controls may be used to limit third-party images or other web requests, although doing so may prevent some features from displaying. Google account and activity settings are available through Google’s privacy controls.
9. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated as the website or its services change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
